Emergency fix for the Curios startup error that was found while testing 3.10.3.

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

- Fixed the Curios startup error for players who have the Curios mod installed.
  The SeaMaster Relic was handed to Curios too early while Minecraft was still
  starting up - before the Relic item itself existed yet - so Curios turned the
  registration down and the log filled up with "MultiHooker: Curios registration
  failed" and a NullPointerException. The Relic is now registered at the right
  moment, right after Minecraft has created the items, so it is handed to Curios
  correctly and the startup error is gone.
  Nothing else about the Relic changed: with Curios it is still worn in the
  necklace slot, and without Curios it still works from your inventory.
