What's new
- Added a [new API](https://github.com/Earthcomputer/multiconnect/blob/master/docs/custom_payloads.md) for unblocking custom payloads, which should hopefully make it easier for modders to support multiconnect.
- Deprecated the old API for this.
- Added Swedish translation.
- Fixed Multiconnect settings screen and added a couple of settings.
- Fixed `MultiConnectAPI.forceSendCustomPayload` in singleplayer.
