xpmultiplier-neoforge-26.3-2.4.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
XP Multiplier 2.4.0
New: interest on the XP Bank. XP sitting in the bank can now grow. Set an interest rate and every player earns a share of what they deposited, once per interval of time they spend online - with a short green chat line telling them how much came in.
[bank]
interestRate = 0.01 # 1 % of the deposited XP per interval (0 = off)
interestIntervalTicks = 24000 # one Minecraft day of online play
interestAnnounce = true # chat message on every payout
It's simple interest, not compound: only the XP a player deposited earns interest, never the
interest itself, and withdrawals spend earned interest first. Logging out pauses the clock instead of
paying a lump sum on the next login, /tick freeze pauses it too, and maxBalance caps interest like
everything else. Off by default. The old depositFeeMultiplier comment called a value above 1.0
"interest" - it is, and always was, a one-off bonus on each deposit.
Minecraft 26.3 users, please read: NeoForge's newer 26.3 betas renamed the server config type,
and the 2.3.0 jar no longer starts on them. The 2.4.0 jar needs 26.3.0.37-beta or newer,
and on 26.3 the config file is now config/xpmultiplier-synced.toml instead of
xpmultiplier-server.toml. Your existing file is copied over automatically on first start (the old
one stays as a backup); only a per-world override in serverconfig/ has to be moved to
syncedconfig/ by hand. Every other version keeps the old file name.
Goodbye 1.21.4 and 1.21.9. They were the least-downloaded versions, and every new feature has to
be built and tested once per version. 2.3.0 stays available for both and keeps working. Supported
from now on: 1.21.1, 1.21.11, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3 on NeoForge, plus 1.21.1 on Forge.
Under the hood: NeoForge updated to the newest builds for 1.21.1 (21.1.256), 26.1.2
(26.1.2.114) and 26.3 (26.3.0.58-beta). Forge 1.21.1 stays on the recommended 52.1.0.
