XP Multiplier 1.8 for Minecraft 26.1.2 and 26.2

First build for the 26 line. Same mod and same config file as the Minecraft 1.21 jars, same version number: the 26 versions simply had no build until now. Coming from a 1.21 server, your xpmultiplier-server.toml carries over as it is.
