MTS GPS

MTS GPS adds a dashboard navigation screen to the Mercedes merc230 from the MTS Official Content Pack, supporting every paint color.

The screen sits beside the steering wheel, above the gear shifter, with adjustable position, size, and angle.

Features include:

• A live map showing the vehicle’s position and direction.
• Saved destinations and highlighted driving routes.
• Next-turn instructions and distance.
• Spoken navigation using your system’s available speech backend.
• Route recalculation after a missed turn.
• Road recording with two-way roads, one-way roads, and connected intersections.

Navigation follows roads you record by driving. Build a connected road network, save a destination, and start navigating.

Enter the Mercedes driver's seat and press F8 to open the GPS controls. Use the calibration grid to adjust the screen placement before recording your first route.

This is a client-side add-on. Roads and destinations are saved locally for each world/server and dimension.

Early alpha: startup and world loading have been checked. Dashboard alignment, camera compatibility, route guidance, and speech still need broader testing.
