MTR Map Overlay

Fixes a NeoForge dedicated server startup crash. Previously, common initialization loaded components containing client-only classes, including JourneyMap, and registered client events. On a dedicated server, NeoForge rejected the ClientLevel class, preventing the server from starting. Version 1.5.1 separates common and client initialization and isolates client events and network handling. Fabric retains its loader-specific adapter, and the network snapshot protocol remains at v5. NeoForge and Fabric builds, along with the NeoForge tests, passed. A NeoForge dedicated server started successfully. Fullscreen map visuals and cross-machine multiplayer still need further verification. Requirements remain Minecraft 1.21.1 and MTR 4.1.0-beta.2. Install only the JAR matching your mod loader. For whole-network data, install the matching version on both the client and server.

修复 NeoForge 专用服务器启动崩溃。此前，通用初始化流程会加载 JourneyMap 等包含客户端类的组件，并注册客户端事件；在 Dedicated Server 上，这会导致 NeoForge 拒绝加载 ClientLevel，使服务器启动失败。 v1.5.1 将通用初始化与客户端初始化分离，并隔离客户端事件和网络处理。Fabric 保留对应的平台适配，网络快照协议仍为 v5。 NeoForge、Fabric 构建及 NeoForge 测试通过。NeoForge 专用服务器已成功启动。全屏地图视觉效果和跨机器联机仍需进一步验证。 Minecraft 1.21.1 和 MTR 4.1.0-beta.2 的要求不变。请只安装与你使用的加载器对应的 JAR。若要显示全网数据，客户端和服务端都需要安装对应版本。
