• Added the alter structure
  
• The alter can be used to teleport around the world to other alters.
  
• It is a multiblock structure requiring 5 Obsidian, 16 Nether Quartz Pillars, 24 Nether Brick and an Alter Block.
  
• An alter can be named through its GUI, allowing destinations to be easily identified.
  
• Alters are only available in creative until I am sure they are working properly and are fully implemented.
  
• Clicking on a destination in the GUI will "instantly" teleport you there.
  

Caveats

• The visible area in the GUI extends to the coordinates of alters which are not in the current dimension, however these destinations do not show up (not showing is intentional, the extension of the screen was not)
  
• No other known bugs
