Adds a new gamerule which randomizes your respawn location with configuration
MrManGuyFellow's Mediumcore adds a new gamerule which randomizes your respawn location, it also adds six other gamerule which can be used to configure the respawn radius (X and Z) (by default 10,000) and the respawn height (Y) (by default 120) and to configure the level and duration of haste and slow falling you get on respawn and whether or not you get those effects.
