Mouse Side Button Fix resolves a long-standing issue in Minecraft where mouse side buttons (buttons 4 and 5, a.k.a. back/forward) bound to keybinds would not work unless another keyboard key was pressed simultaneously.

How it works: When a side button press is detected, the mod injects a synthetic keyboard input event, triggering the keybind system to process the side button as if it were a standard keyboard input. This makes side button keybinds work correctly in all contexts, including modded terminals (AE2 pattern terminals, wireless crafting terminals, etc.).

No configuration needed — install and side buttons just work.
