Changed Chunk Preparation and Loading for more Perfomance
Added different proof of concept items.
Added Tear Dimension
Added Portal for Tear dim (Proof of Concept, will change over time)
More to come, this is a pre-release, since its necessary for v0.8.18 of the Mosaik Horror Pack (Still in beta)

Configureable in this version (not much but yeah)

Mosaik Enhancements v0.0.2

This enhancement set will be used for Mosaik Horror. (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/mosaik-horror)

Following Adjustments are avaiable:

Change Atmosphere Block. This will reimagine the atmosphere block from Horror Elements Mod for a better immersive feeling. (Day's won't be resetted)
Change AI Behaviour. Test: Mushroom Cow will ran away from danger (In this case a Moss block)
