Added a config file. 

The config file took quite a bit of time to figure out but I did it! More config options will be added eventually (hopefully to all the armor pieces)

 

Fixed a bug where the armor value of leggings was swapped with the chestplate (Eg: The legging were 3 and the chestplate was 5, then those numbers were flipped)

 

Redid a bunch of durabilities that were unrealistic
