Ver 3.1.0

The features from the 1.20.1 version of More Thermal Evaporation have been ported to 1.21.1.

All features except the Structure Upgrade are now available in the 1.21.1 version.

Add: Added an energy requirement display for the Resistive Heater in the Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks integration.
