More Signs!

## 2.0.0 for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge)

First release for NeoForge. Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1 or newer, and Java 21.

### New: build your own signs
- **Custom signs are made of two parts, a frame and a board.** The frame is the border and the post; the board is the plate you write on. Each part takes the look of the block it is made of, and each can be painted with a dye. Mix them freely: an iron frame with a glass board, a spruce frame with a red board, and so on.
- **New block: the Sign Workbench.** Craft it with a crafting table and any sign. It has four tabs:
  - **Make parts:** turn a block into a frame (1 block makes 1) or a board (1 block makes 2).
  - **Paint:** tint a frame or a board with a dye. **The dye is not used up.** A wash button takes the paint off.
  - **Assemble:** join a frame and a board into a sign.
  - **Take apart:** get the frame and the board back from a sign, colors included.
- A live 3D preview shows the sign before you take it. Empty slots show what goes there, and hovering gives hints.
- **Many materials work:** all planks, wool, terracotta, stone, stone bricks, concrete, glass, obsidian, and metal blocks such as iron, gold, copper, diamond, emerald and netherite. Blocks from other mods that belong to the shared metal, glass and stone tags work too. Modpack authors can add more with a data pack.
- Signs can be placed on the ground or on a wall, written on in the usual way, and keep their frame and board when broken or picked with the middle button.
- The text color of a new sign is picked to be readable on its board: white on dark boards like black wool, black on light ones. You can still change it with dye as usual.

### Languages
English, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) and Spanish (Spain and Latin America).

### Canvas signs
- The 19 canvas signs are still here (plain, the 16 dye colors, and the two hand-painted ones), with the same names as before.
- Canvas signs can now be broken faster with an axe, like regular signs.
- Recipes for canvas, canvas signs, recoloring with dye, book, painting and scaffolding are unchanged.

### Changed and removed
- The mod was rebuilt for NeoForge 1.21.1 on a new internal design, so adding new sign types is much simpler.
- The Canvas Rug was removed. It could not be obtained in survival and had no textures.
- Removed a recipe that turned a canvas sign and white dye into plain Canvas.

### Known issues
- Every material costs 1 block, whatever its rarity.
- The 19 canvas signs cannot be taken apart; only custom signs can.
- There is no JEI or REI integration for the workbench yet.
- The two hand-painted canvas signs can only be found in creative mode.
