Description
Rifts stay open for one full Minecraft day, then fade away. Step into one (or let a mob or item wander in) and you're thrown to a random spot at least 75,000 blocks away, in any direction. You always land somewhere safe on the surface: never in an ocean, in lava or inside a wall. Once something passes through, the rift collapses about 3 seconds later with a burst of particles and sound.
Features
Rifts spawn naturally and rarely near players in the Overworld Built entirely from vanilla textures and the End portal shader: subtle, but unmistakable up close Works on players, mobs, animals and dropped items Safe landings: dry ground, 2 blocks of headroom, no hazards Ambient hum, teleport sounds and a dramatic collapse effect Server-friendly, with no config needed Tips Rifts are a one-way trip. Set your spawn point before you jump, or be ready to start a new base. Admins can open one with /summon riftwalk:rift ~ ~ ~
