Observatory update

Curios API is now required (Apotheosis uses it for its charm affixes).

• Enchantments reworked:

  • Life Steal (I–III): heals 10/15/20% of the melee damage you deal, up to 3 hearts per hit
  • Health Boost (I–IV): +2 hearts per level, as a proper attribute (no longer overrides your base health)
  • Satiety (I–III): your hunger drops 30/55/80% slower instead of being always full
  • Healing Aura (I–III): Regeneration for you and nearby allies only, never monsters; radius 3/4/5
  • Auto-Smelt now works on every mining tool

• Orwen's Observatory: a copper-domed tower in the Overworld where Orwen lives and trades (discs, the portal igniter, Orwen's Compass, and more after the story)

• Orwen's Compass: points to the nearest Enderite Dungeon in the Enderite Dimension, or to an observatory elsewhere
