MORE TICKS!

This mod adds more /tick things so an example is /tickrate 0.01 normally you cant do decimals and the /tickrate is a new command

Have you ever wanted to add more tickrates in decimals well thats what this mod adds in the future there will be items you can use to slow time for a few seconds
