* Update to 1.16.3
* Added a new block: The Hexidecrubrometer
** This block displays the comparator value or redstone power (whichever is higher) of the block it is pointing at as a hexidecimal digit [0-9/A/B/C/D/E/F]
** This block can be crafted at the gatecrafting plinth
* Redwire Posts have been split into three blocks:
** "Redwire Post" is now the name of a new plateless post block; they have a redstone connection to the block they are pointing at
** Redwire Post Plates connect to nothing except the other posts they are remotely wired to
** The old redwire posts with the four-directional plates have been renamed to Redwire Post Relay Plate, and connect to the four blocks touching the sides of the plate as they previously did
* Trying to place a block where a redstone wire post wire is is now denied on the client in addition to the server (this will help prevent "phantom blocks" in high-latency situations)
* Added a new ingredient type: "morered:tag_stack"
* This ingredient type can be used in gatecrafting plinth recipes (or other crafting types that support stacks of ingredients) to define an ingredient that has both a "tag" and a "count" stack size
* (see hexidecrubrometer recipe in sources for usage example)
*** More Red recipes now use tag ingredients instead of specific items in more places:
* More Red recipes that previously used redstone dust now use the forge:dusts/redstone tag
* More Red recipes that previously used stone plates now use the forge:quarter_slabs/smooth_stone tag
* More Red recipes that previously used smooth stone slabs now use the forge:slabs/smooth_stone tag
* More Red recipes that previously used smooth stone blocks now use the forge:smooth_stone tag
* Added stone plates to the forge:quarter_slabs/smooth_stone tag
* The default datapack included with the mod adds smooth stone and smooth stone slabs to the respective tags mentioned above as well
