More Formula

More Formula is a Create addon for NeoForge 1.21.1 that adds recipe tier requirements to the advanced machines from Create: More Machines.

Recipes can require Brass-, Netherite-, End-, Beyond-, or Creative-tier machines to process them. All tier requirements are configured through KubeJS and are compatible with the Create recipe scripting API provided by KubeJS-Create.

Dependencies

All of the following dependencies are required:

Features

• Set machine tier requirements for Create recipes.
• Supports pressing, mixing, compacting, filling, deploying, item application, and sequenced assembly.
• Registers tier-specific recipe category tabs for JEI.
• Displays the corresponding CMM advanced machine animations and catalysts in JEI.
• Supports recipes exclusive to Creative-tier machines.
• Supports setting requirements by exact recipe ID or by recipe ID prefix.
• Does not use a TOML configuration file.

Tiers

Normal tiers follow the rule that the current machine tier must be greater than or equal to the recipe's required tier.

The Creative tier is a special case: only Creative machines with a tier of -1 can process these recipes. All other machines will be rejected.

Installation

1. Install NeoForge 1.21.1.
2. Install Create, Create: More Machines, KubeJS, and KubeJS-Create.
3. Place the more_formula JAR file into the game's mods folder.
4. Launch the game.

After modifying the script, run the following command in-game:

/reload

Supported Recipe Types

The following recipe types can have tier requirements:

• create:pressing: Advanced Press
• create:mixing: Advanced Mixer and Advanced Basin
• create:compacting: Advanced Press and Advanced Basin
• create:filling: Advanced Spout
• create:deploying: Advanced Deployer
• create:item_application: Advanced Deployer
• create:sequenced_assembly: Sequenced assembly lines consisting of a press, spout, and deployer

The following recipe types do not have corresponding CMM advanced machines, so setting tier requirements for them is not recommended:

• create:crushing
• create:milling
• create:splashing
• create:cutting
• create:emptying
• Recipes related to fluid tanks and steam engines

Building

This project uses Gradle and requires Java 21.
