More Layers

INPORTANT: The modid has changed and blocks will therefor not transfer over.

- Holding down CTRL when placing/shaving layers will now modify four at a time to speed up progress

- Changed crafting recipe to only use two blocks instead of three to not create a conflict with Vanilla Builders Extension. It also gives eight instead of previously 6 to make the layers less expensive.

- You can now silktouch grass paths to prevent a issue with the dirt2path mod that made it inpossible to create grass path layers

- Fixed some bugs
