The mod More Items will add to Minecraft Ruby ore, which you can make tools, armor, and also add your own block.He also add the Enchanted Diamond, which would be an evolved version of the diamond, he can make tools, and a block.

Install Instructions:

1-Install ModLoader
2-Open your minecraft.jar, located on /.minecraft/bin folder
3-Download MoreItems.zip and open
4-Drag everything of MoreItems.zip to minecraft.jar
5-Done!
