more furnaces and professions

this mod adds tones of new features including a specific furnace for smelting ores, which gives you 3 ingots per ore (for most ores), as well as adding another villager profession, a crafting recipe for the command block and an OP weapon called the Ban Tool. these additions allow for turning a game experience from normal to really easy, with a few surprises along the way.
