There is a wide range of builds that can spawn naturally, at the moment there is not a lot but in the future, there will be, trust me.
Refuge: A small, copper-bricks made building with its own primitive electric system stored in a massive battery that gets its energy from lightning.
Village: A collection of buildings made out of the same style as the Refuge's exterior design, they have developed a semi-advanced electric system and get their energy from lightning, at the moment it is just a preset structure but in the future, it will be more complex.
Fisherman's House: A house made out of clay and oak wood restricted to only spawn in the middle of an ocean containing a Fisherman and a boat.
Rural House: Clay-Oak log house that contains an animal pen and a house with a farmer, it, as well as the other buildings, will receive a considerable change in the next update.
Bunker: Built out of Copper and Bricks, it is only 2 blocks high and can contain useful loot for early and late game, even having a God Apple if you take the time to look through all the empty barrels.
Oasis: Appears only in the sand and in Desert/beach biomes, it does not have any useful loot and is only for decoration purposes.
Ocean Soul Sand (OSS): Underwater structure composed of a hollow ice tube pointing upwards with soul sand in its interior.
Very Eccentric Build: A build that doesn't like to be looted, I hope the loot is worth getting into so much trouble.
Temporary Sarcophagus: An Iron build with protection layers guarding a bedrock core. Decorative Purpose only.
Storage Room: A beach place packed with raw/cooked fish and some fishermen.
Lighthouse: A very useful early-game structure containing a beacon and iron blocks.
Altar for Salvation: 4 iron blocks forming a star with Redstone torches on them and a suspended Redstone block in the centre.
