More Apples adds 8 new, unique apple variants to Minecraft, each with its own special effects and crafting recipes:
Copper Apple: test to find out 
Iron Apple: Gives minor Strength and Resistance boost 
Redstone Apple: Gives Haste and Speed 
Lapis Apple: Gives 5 exp levels 
Emerald Apple: Gives Hero of the village and Luck 
Diamond Apple: Grants 8 Absorption hearts and more 
Ender Apple: Teleports you away (like chorus fruits) and grants 3 minutes of Invisibility 
Netherite Apple: Gives you 10 permanent hearts (technically 2,147,483,647 ticks), 10 Absorption hearts and a bunch more, its OP.
