Added 3 new config options. The ability to enable/disable text message on mute toggle and the same for a new mute icon. The final new config is a dropdown menu that lets you select what colour the text is for the text notification from pokemon.

I also created a safety net if you fully close the game(not just logging out of the server) while muted. The mod doesnt "remember" if you are muted when you reopen the game so if you toggle mute right away, your unmute will be put on 0% volume. However the mod "remembers" if you are muted or not if you just logout of the world and log back in
