What's new

Fixed Maggart not dropping insect legs. Adjusted projectile speeds/handling for drowned sword, blaze wand, and shulker wand. Rebalanced bugsy wand, chorus sword, and drowned sword. Added extra effects to staffs that leave lingering clouds.
