You may play this mod, record videos or streams featuring it, redistribute it
free of charge, and modify it, provided you comply with the following conditions:

1. Non-Commercial Use Only. No commercial use of any kind is permitted. This
   includes, but is not limited to: selling, paid downloads, paywalls,
   subscription-only access, ad revenue sharing, sponsorships, tips,
   donation-gated access, commercial Minecraft servers, or inclusion in any
   paid product or service. You may record videos or streams featuring this mod,
   but you may not monetize that content through advertising, sponsorship,
   memberships, tips, donations, affiliate links, paid promotion, or any other
   commercial means. Modified versions must also be non-commercial.

2. Attribution, Redistribution Marking, and Official Download Link. Any
   distribution of this mod or of a modified version by anyone other than the
   Original Author must:
   (a) clearly credit ohhapple, https://github.com/ohhapple, and the origin:
       the Monster Conquest Minecraft mod;

   terminates the rights granted under this Notice immediately, without notice.
   Upon termination, you must immediately stop using, copying, modifying,
   distributing, or otherwise exploiting the mod and any modified version, and
   delete or take down all copies and derivative works under your control.
   Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination. The Original Author may
   restore the granted rights only in writing.

7. Continued Application to Modified Versions. Any modified version or
   derivative work based on this mod (or a modified version of this mod), to the
   extent it contains copyrighted content from this mod, must, when distributed,
   continue to follow all terms of this Notice, especially Sections 1
