**Monetary 1.4.0** bridges digital banking with physical commerce by introducing **Certified Bank Checks (`monetary:bank_check`)**! Players and server

administrators can now convert account balances into physical bearer instruments for player-to-player trade, safe offline vault storage, and quest rewards.

* **Physical Currency Instrument:** Bank checks allow players to carry, trade, gift, or hoard credits as physical items in inventories, vaults, or

chests. * Dynamic Valuation & Display: * Checks dynamically format their title based on nominal value: e.g. Bank Check (50,000 Cr) / Assegno Circolare (50.000 Cr). * High-security enchanted foil shimmer (glint) visually marks signed, funded checks. * One-Click Instant Redemption: * Right-Click in air instantly deposits the check's funds into the player's active wallet (personal or FTB Teams shared account). * Consumes the check, triggers a gentle page-turn sound (ITEM_BOOK_PAGE_TURN), and displays an Actionbar confirmation overlay without cluttering the chat log. * Corporate Financial Ledger Integration: * Depositing a check automatically logs an entry in the Executive Datapad Ledger: > Incasso Assegno (<Issuer>) +X Cr * Issuing a check logs an outflow record: > Emissione Assegno -X Cr * Anti-Fraud Security Details: * Each check bears an authentic issue timestamp (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm), issuer name, and a unique cryptographic serial number (e.g. CHK-9F3B8A-4210).

#### ✍️ Player Check Issuance Commands
* Players can write checks at any time using their available account funds:
  * `/monetary check <amount>`
  * `/monetary assegno <amount>`
* Checks account balance, securely deducts funds with overflow/underflow protection, updates the client HUD, and delivers the signed check into the

player's inventory.

#### 🎁 Admin & FTB Quests Integration
* Administrators, quest authors, and server scripts can now mint checks payable to players without deducting from anyone's wallet:
  * `/monetary admin issuecheck <target> <amount> [issuer]`
  * *Example:* `/monetary admin issuecheck @p 25000 "Banca Centrale"`
* Ideal for **FTB Quests** chapter milestones, custom NPC trades, server events, and bounty rewards.

#### 🛠️ Blank Checks & Crafting
* Players can craft unissued blank checks at any crafting table:
  * **Recipe (Shapeless):** `1x Paper` + `1x Gold Nugget` + `1x Ink Sac` → `1x Bank Check (Blank)`
* Right-clicking an unissued check displays an interactive Actionbar hint directing players on how to issue a check from their funds.
