Port to 1.8.9.

Added a salt block which is for compressing salt.
Reduced the collision box of brine filters.
Nerfed brine filters (end product is only 4 salt instead of 5).
Added a nose drop and a meat drop for villagers.
Added biomatter. (This has no use yet)
Started work on a salt trader(villager). Note: This will not work until the villager registry in 1.8.9 is patched or Mo'Drops is ported to 1.9.
Added a config file which can enable/disable salt generation in bonus or blacksmith chests.
