Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
MobRig 1.0.0 — First public release
Recording & export
- Record the world live with J: terrain, mobs, players, camera and block lights at 30 samples per second (up to 60 seconds per take).
- Every mob and player is exported rigged and animated (vanilla, GeckoLib and other modded mobs, plus player armor).
- Single-mob export with G (rest pose) and H (5 seconds of animation).
- Scene movement recording from network data with M (.move file).
- Automatic recording while Replay Mod plays a camera path (K).
New actions (no key by default, bind them in Controls)
- Record only the world: no mobs or players, ideal for builds and structures.
- Export the world now (instant snapshot, no mobs).
- Export the world now + the mob I'm looking at.
- Export my player.
Map & options (O key)
- Map that remembers everywhere you have explored, even in long sessions.
- Pick the area to export, the detail radius (up to "everything loaded") and whether to add simplified terrain beyond it.
- Distant Horizons support: include far terrain, with each detail level shown in its own color.
After recording
- Checklist to choose which mobs to export, grouped by type, with collapsible groups.
- The game pauses while exporting in singleplayer.
Mod compatibility
- Create: shafts, cogwheels, gearboxes and other moving parts rotate, and belts move (works with Flywheel enabled).
- GeckoLib armor is captured correctly.
- Distant Horizons terrain no longer overlaps real blocks at chunk borders.
Blender extension (io_mcscene 0.1.0)
- One-click import of .mcscene recordings (Blender 4.2+).
- Large light surfaces such as lava lakes become a few area lights instead of thousands of point lights.
- Animated textures for Create belts.
- Terrain outside the camera view is hidden automatically.
