Server Shutdown Reliability
- Moved the blocking Kwik connector shutdown off the Minecraft server thread.
- Added a two-second graceful QUIC shutdown deadline followed by forced UDP socket closure and close-thread interruption.
- Added explicit rejection of new QUIC sessions and authentication work after shutdown begins.
- Closed active voice sessions and ModernVoiceChat executors before waiting for the Kwik connector.
- Made server shutdown idempotent and ensured the voice UDP port can be rebound after shutdown completes.
Player Volume Settings
