Added Chunk Loading

This minor update allows Furnace Minecarts to load chunks around them while they are burning fuel.

This will load the 3 surrounding chunks, and will buffer for 60 seconds after fuel runs out.

For now, if this is something you do not want, simply use version 1.0.0, as there are no other changes.
Later versions will come with a config file that allows you to disable this feature.
