What is changed?

Change version number from previous to 1.2.0

• Add stat_type.minecraft.* lang keys in en_US/zh_CN so Panel-mode block and item tooltips show proper mined/crafted/used/broken labels instead of raw key names

• Always show item/block stat tooltip lines even when the count is 0; removed the >0 guards in BSStatPanel_Items and BSStatPanel_Blocks buildTooltipLines
• Replace tcdcommons-style tooltip with a vanilla 1.7.10 drawHoveringText replica: dark purple box #F0100010, top-to-bottom gradient border #505000FF to #5028007F, white drop-shadow text on 10px line grid, cursor-anchored (+12/-12) positioning with screen-edge flipping; drop soft-wrap, max-width and element-relative placement
