Bugfixes

Doors and trapdoors can now all be broken by an axe or pickaxe (whichever is appropriate).
Fix #7 (Iron doors now work properly with https://github.com/Sollace/Presence-Footsteps).
Fixed tags (shouldn't impact gameplay).

Changes

Bumped fabric loader requirement to 0.12.12.
Cleaned up code.

Notes

Removed crimson & warped glass doors & trapdoors (present in the betas). Will bring them back once I have textures for them.
