Modern Beta [Fabric]

Changes:
* Default world gen settings are now frozen in the Modern Beta world preset. This means you can no longer use the chunk/biome/cave_biome config files to make global changes to world gen (not recommended to begin with). The next update will offer an alternative way to modify world gen settings without having to use data packs.

Additions:
* Added support for water/underwater colormaps for biome tinting. The colormap paths are Optifine-compatible and can be placed in minecraft/optifine/colormap/water.png and minecraft/optifine/colormap/underwater.png. Water and underwater colormaps are included by default and can be toggled in the rendering settings (via config file or in-game if Mod Menu is installed). * Added support for Fabric conventional biome tags.
* Improved surface generation for unsupported biomes.
