Modern Beta [Fabric]

Modern Beta for Minecraft 1.19.3 is now out. As usual, Minecraft 1.19 features non-trivial world gen changes under the hood, so this mod has been updated accordingly.

Changes:
* Modern Beta is now entirely datapack-based. You can use the config files to globally modify Modern Beta world generation, or use a data pack to freeze a configuration for a single world.

* Islands options can now be enabled for chunk generators after Infdev 227, except for the Skylands generator.

Additions:
* 1.19 features, including frogs and the Deep Dark, have been added. They generate by default with the default Beta preset.
* Chunk generation options have been expanded. The new settings are based on the old 1.12.2 Customized world options.
* Additional options for modifying the climate noise for the Beta/PE biome type have been added.
* 'Voronoi' biome type has been added for surface biome generation. You can specify voronoi points with biome, temperature, and rainfall values to be sampled against the Beta climate noise sampler.

Removals:
* In-game world configuration GUI has been removed.
* Noise caves and ore veins have been removed.
* Ocean Shrine structure has been removed.
* Vanilla biome type has been removed.
* Vanilla biome surface generation is no longer supported.

Modern Beta is still on semi-hiatus, so please expect updates to remain inconsistent.
