Modern Beta Annoyances Fix

Clientside fixes to annoyances and inconsistencies when playing on servers emulating Beta 1.7.3. Intended for use on the Modern Beta server.

- Remove cloth config embed (to reduce file size dramatically.)

Also includes the following features:
- Disabled flattening grass (into paths.)
- Disabled off-handing entirely.
- Disabled stripping logs.
- Logs are always placed upright.
- Stairs are always placed upright, and cannot form corners.
- Slabs are always placed on the bottom half of the block.
- Fences only connect to other fences.
- Trapdoors are always placed on the bottom half of the block, and can only be placed on solid blocks (no slabs or stairs.)
- Cookies stack to 8.
- All other food (Bread, Raw Fish, Cooked Fish, Raw Porkchop, Cooked Porkchop) stack to 1.
- Eggs stacks to 16.
- Miscellaneous items (Door, Sign) stack to 1.
