This is a branch of the Baby Animals Mod that backports baby animal models from modern Minecraft (1.21) to 1.12.2 and 1.11.

Current Content:
This mod is a fork of Baby Animals Mod, with significant code refactoring and updates. It aims to backport mob variant content from versions 1.20 to 26.2 down to 1.12.2. This mod has ported most variant content and mechanics except for wolf variants, including:

Backported high-version models for baby cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, cats, and wolves, as well as adult rabbit models. The baby wolf model also features compatibility with Doggy Talents.

Added (new to the original mod) cold/temperate biome variants for baby and adult cows, pigs, and chickens.

Backported rabbit animation updates from version 26.1.

Backported the mechanic where sheep retain their color skin after being sheared.

Ported blue eggs and brown eggs.

Added variant sounds for chickens, cows, pigs, and wolves.
