Mo'Burnables mod

Once again, the Impossible was achieved!

THIS IS PRE RELEASE.

Currently, there is only the core thing. The ability to add a custom burnable block like it was before.

No rendering, no blocks, no world generation, and stuff. The only thing that also remains is that villagers can extinguish the fire. Snowmans cant...

I also recommend to not use Config file, the most things will not work anyway but it might crash the game if something will be set wrong there.

Probably some new bugs that I currently do not know about. That's why feedback is important. 

Note:

Do not be sad, all those things that are disabled will be added in the upcoming full release for 1.12.2. They are just not done yet. I will try to finish it as soon as possible.
