Rendering improvements.

I thought, this mod is not changing fire spread speed but actually it did... until this update, now it is reduced (by default).

Ability to add custom fuels (blocks that can be use as fuel for furnace).

Smoking blocks now can randomly generate in nether together with new "plant" Flaming bloom, the fire charge giving plant.

Fixing (removing) lags in villages!

Some other less important bugs fixed.
