Added new Items: fangs, fang necklace and magma arrow.

The fang is just an ingredient to recipes while the fang necklace is a bauble (if baubles is present) that once has 5 fangs will give permanent night vision if worn (or put in the off hand or selected if baubles is not present).

The magma arrow is a drop from the magma skeleton which upon shooting it will turn water into cobble or sand into glass but will be destroyed.

Fixed a crashing bug where the skeleton will spawn a new remains every tick if possessed by the mod dissolution.

Added the rest of the loot tables to the skeletons (just spiders and zombies to go).

Added better support to JEI while preparing full integration.
