Added the missing translations for the new items.

Added translations for the subtitles and potion effect.

Added German translation (up to version 0.0.7 right now). Thanks to ACGaming.

Added new items: holy shards, hypno ball, corrupted bones and corrupted bonemeal.

Added new loot-tables to support the new items into the their respective mobs.

Added a new enchantment: Blessed that once set on a full set of armor, will revive the player and return him to full health. However doing so will have a 80% chance to take away the enchantment from each piece. (will configurable soon).

Added new recipes to the new items and some to the old items. (check the recipe book for now, JEI was not tested thoroughly)

Fixed potion effects being stupid and not being initialized crashing the game. (totally not my fault)

Added missing client side annotations that were crashing the game.

Fixed all client side issues that were crashing the mod on dedicated servers.
