This Mod adds the MobCollector Tool to collect/release Mobs and a MobSpawner Block to spawn Mobs.

Mob Cartridge:
* holds up to 9 Mobs

MobCollector:
* can capture and release mobs to/from a mob cartridge
* PVP protection (doesn't allow to capture tamed entities which don't belong to the player)
* can capture/release boss mobs when enabled in config (disabled by default)

MobSpawner:
* can replicate/spawn mobs from a mobCartridge
* uses Forge Energy by default (can be disabled in the config)
* default spawn cost is 10FE * mob health (can be configured)
* encourages player to good placement by color indicator (so that mobs only spawn within one chunk, when placed close to chunkBorder the spawn radius is decreased (can be disabled in config))
* can spawn boss mobs when enabled in config (disabled by default)
* mob cap limit (can be configured, defaults to 10 mobs in spawn area)

* can be disabled with redstone signal

* radius/delay can be controlled within gui and increased with upgrades

* capture/release animations to MobCollector

* add energy capability to MobCollector

* loot generator which generates loot from mobCartridges (like DeepMobLearning/Woot)

* mob attractor/disattractor
* different tiers for mob cartridge
