What's new

Added configurable per-mob spawner rules for Mob Spawners and Trial Spawners.
Blacklisted mobs can now be selectively allowed to spawn from either spawner type while remaining blocked from normal spawning.
Added updated configuration screens for mob spawn rules and spawner mob rules.
