💡 A Note for International Users: MobMind natively supports English and Simplified Chinese. The local Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines are pre-configured for these languages. Please note that local AI speech models must be downloaded manually during initial setup. See the installation section below for details.

MobMind completely overhauls the interaction logic for intelligent entities in Minecraft, granting them independent personalities, persistent memories, and unique voices. They are no longer just static NPCs—they'll remember your face, judge your actions, and can even be reasoned with.

🐾 Supported Mobs

To ensure high-quality dialogue and logic, MobMind focuses on intelligent and combat-ready entities.

✅ Villagers: Fully overhauled with advanced trading, bargaining, and social memory.
✅ Hostile Mobs: Engage in combat dialogue, build trust to disarm them, or negotiate for your life.
❌ Passive Animals: (Cows, Sheep, Pigs, etc.) Do not currently have AI souls. They remain vanilla for now.

🗣️ Freeform AI Dialogue
- Unique Personas: Supported mobs are assigned unique names, backstories, and distinct personalities.
- Dynamic Context: Mobs respond based on their surroundings and relationship history.
🎯 Tactical Command System: Friend Selector
- Tool Name: Friend Selector
- Crafting Recipe:
  - Stick (Top-Right) + Cobblestone (Center) + Stick (Bottom-Left)
- Usage:
  - Right-click on a friendly mob you have previously talked to to select or deselect it as a "Priority Friend".
  - Visual Feedback: Selected friends will emit green "happy villager" particles for 20 seconds.
  - Limit: You can have a maximum of 10 priority friends at a time.
- Integration: Once selected, the Recall (Ctrl+Z) command will prioritize summoning only these specific friends.

🛠️ Hardware Requirements & Local Model Setup

Because MobMind processes STT and TTS strictly on your local machine, you must download the external model weights manually.

TTS/STT Voice Model Package: Download from Google Drive

Hardware Recommendation:

RAM: 4GB+ allocated to Minecraft (8GB highly recommended when TTS/STT is active).
Java Version: Java 25 or higher is required.
