
Adds several gamerules to control mob caps.
BETA! this was only tested locally on my machine in Open LAN. This is not ready for release. If you choose to use it, please let me know if something doesnt work by opening an issue on the github issues page.
mobCapMonsters = MONSTERS group mob cap. includes hostile mobs.
mobCapCreatures = CREATURES group mob cap. includes passives like sheep and cows.
mobCapAmbient = bats
mobCapAquaticCreature = Squid (probably nothing else)
mobCapAquaticAmbient = Fish (maybe others?)
mobCapPerPlayer = controls whether mob caps are calculated per player or per server
