Integrates Mob Stacker with other mods

Adds support for mod logic to properly handle stacks from Mob Stacker.

Currently supports:

Botania: Shedding
Botania: Drum of Gathering [F]
MineFactory Reloaded: Mechanisms that work with mobs
Thaumcraft: Lamp of Fertility [F]

Items marked with F requires Mob Stacker: Farming addon.
