Adds Lens and Bloodied to the roster of mobs. Adds reflective lens and reflective armor. Fixed a bug where snow witches spawned in The End. Dark, Death Bubbles, and Colossi all now spawn only underground. Added a creative tab for versions of the lens, bloodied, dark, death bubbles, and colossi that can spawn at any height. These versions cannot spawn naturally.
