Breaking Mob Loot Blocks will drop loot specific to the mob the block is based on.
The Tooltip contains Breaking, Crafting, and Picking Up info along with a shift option to reveal the Mob Spawning and Spawner Changing abilities the block has.
Depending on the tool being used to break the blocks, the drops could be slightly altered, in this case pig drops will become cooked if using a Fire Aspect enchanted sword.
Using a Curse of Binding Enchanted weapon, killing mobs will drop Mob Bits bound to that Specific Mob, these can be crafted into Pieces, Chunks, and Finally Mob Loot Blocks
