Mob head Loot table

Added mob heads from MG167's mod into loot tables

Made this to allow the mob heads from MG167's mob heads to be in the loot table for the mobs since I didn't know how else to do it.

This requires Mob Heads to be downloaded https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mobs-heads

*This does not add in the mob heads nor did I make the mob head mod it is just for adding to loot tables*
