What's new

 Adding a second method of finding spawn eggs, for spawn eggs that are not registered. Closes #161

Adding Wither and Ender Dragon to the default mob_grinding_utils:noswab EntityType tag, to prevent them from being swabbed, as they do not have spawn eggs. Closes #159
